TERMS AND CONDITIONS World Tour October 2018
SPECIAL ASSISTANCE: This is an active tour and requires walking and climbing stairs. Participants must be healthy and mobile. In fairness to the other passengers, preferential consideration cannot be extended. Special need facilities will not be available, nor special assistive devices accommodated (e.g. wheelchairs or walkers).
WILLING TO SHARE: We can assist those who would like to share, by exchanging phone numbers and city/town only, with other persons wishing to share.
WHAT IS INCLUDED: All taxes, transportation on a private jet as per the itinerary, all hotel accommodation, special events and excursions as per the itinerary including entrance fees, services of professional staff, all beverages and liquor aboard the private aircraft, meals as per the itinerary, transfers and porterage for one suitcase, gratuities to local guides, drivers and porters.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED: The tour price does not include items of a personal nature such as beverages (unless included with the meal), laundry, phone calls, vaccinations, passports fees, visa fees, hotel mini-bar charges, meals not mentioned in the itinerary, personal insurance, transportation between your home and the starting/ending point of the tour. Travel Guild can assist with flight arrangements to/from the departure/return point if required.
RESERVATIONS: are confirmed upon receipt of your payment. Information updates will be sent during the time between your booking and departure. Information material and final documentation will be sent to you by courier approximately 2 weeks before departure. Space is limited on the Tour – early booking is recommended.
TOUR PRICE: $49,995 is quoted in US dollars and is per person based on two persons sharing a room. For people requiring a single room, the single supplement is US$4,295 in addition to the tour price. Payments must be made by cheque, draft, bank transfer or e-transfer. The deposit (US$2,000) is payable at time of booking. The second payment (50% of tour price) is due on June 22nd, 2018 and the balance payment is due on August 10th, 2018. The applicable tour cost as noted in the brochure is subject to change due to changes in exchange rates or other factors beyond our control.
CANCELLATION and REFUNDS: No refund can be made for unused sightseeing, accommodation, transportation, meals or any other services included in the tour. We strongly recommend cancellation insurance protection.
If cancellation is necessary for any reason, the following charges will apply.
From time of booking to June 21: US$2,000, June 22 to August 9: 50% (of the brochure price). August 10 to departure: 100% (of the brochure price). All refund requests must be submitted in writing via mail or email and will become effective upon date of receipt.
INSURANCE: Trip cancellation, health, baggage and accident insurance coverage is available. Insurance premium payment is non-refundable. More information will be sent to you upon your reservation.
MEALS: All meals are included.
BAGGAGE: Baggage allowance is limited to one check-in suitcase and one wheeled carry-on bag (as supplied), per person (for expediency in handling and for optimum overhead bin storage). Gratuities and porterage are included for one check-in suitcase per person. The wheeled carry-on bag is the responsibility of the passenger at all times. No responsibility is incurred for loss of, or damage to, tour members’ baggage and property by Travel Guild Inc. Baggage insurance is available.
OPTIONAL offerings are quoted per person, must be pre-booked and pre-paid and may be subject to minimum participation.
ITINERARY and FLIGHT CHANGES: Every reasonable effort will be made to operate the tour as planned, however, should any unforeseen event occur that would require the itinerary to be altered, we reserve the right to do so in the best interest and the safety of the group. The operation of all the flights are subject to foreign governments’ approvals. In the event that a landing or flyover right cannot be obtained by the carrier, at our discretion, alternative arrangements will be made.
RESPONSIBILITY: Travel Guild Inc. acts as agent only for the various owners and contractors providing means of transportation and/or other services, and all certificates and other travel documents are subject to any and all of the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied.
The participant agrees that neither Travel Guild Inc., nor its affiliates, officers, employees and tour directors/leaders/escorts/hosts/hostesses or guides shall be liable for any damage, delay, inconvenience or loss (including personal injury, death and property loss) or expense occasioned by any act, error or omission of any supplier providing tour services or of any other person, nor can they assume responsibility for losses or additional expense due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, strike, terrorism, war, quarantine, pilferage, theft, monetary crisis, political or social unrest, labour problems, weather disturbances, local law, disease, dangerous situations or any act of God. Travel Guild Inc. assumes no responsibility nor liability for any means of transportation used in the service of the passenger.
Travel Guild Inc. reserves the right to reject any person as a participant should this person impede the operation of the trip, or affect the participation or enjoyment of other participants. To make changes or substitutions in any aspect of the itinerary including sightseeing, meals, meal venues, accommodation, flight times or schedules, aircraft or any other transportation whenever Travel Guild Inc. or the supplier deems it necessary for any reason without prior notice. To change the order of events if necessary. To cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances or lack of sufficient passengers or the unavailability of a suitable aircraft. To substitute a tour director/leader/host if necessary.
The price of the tour/program is based on tariffs and rates in effect in March 2018 and is subject to change. Any tariff, exchange rate or fuel surcharge may be passed on to the participants. It is understood that the air ticket shall constitute the sole contract between the passenger and the charter air carrier concerned. The airline/carrier concerned is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft or conveyance. Travel Guild Inc. does not accept liability for any carrier’s cancellation penalty or change fee incurred by the purchase of a non-refundable ticket connected with the tour.
HEALTH and DOCUMENTS: It is the responsibility of each individual to make sure they have the required inoculations, entry visas and a passport valid for at least six months beyond the date of arrival in each country. Visa applications may be required to be made on-line or in person by the individual. Passports may be required by Travel Guild to obtain visas.
MAPS: are for demonstration purposes only and may not be to scale nor show the tour routing exactly as per the itinerary. Pictures and diagrams are for illustration purposes only.
PHOTOGRAPHY and VIDEOS: We reserve the right to take photographs and/or videos during the tour for promotional purposes. If you prefer your image not be used, please notify us prior to the tour.
Travel Guild Inc. is licensed under the Ontario Government Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations; TICO registration #1861832. Funds on deposit are protected by the compensation fund as defined by the Ontario Travel Act 1975.
The Ontario Government advises that living standards and practices, provision of utilities, services and accommodation may differ outside Ontario.

While our employees and administration need to have access to that information in order to arrange your trip, we have taken measures to protect your privacy.
